Staff Selection Commission has postponed the Paper-2 examination to be held for recruitment to the posts of SI and CISF in Delhi Police and Central Police Organization. In view of cases of corona infection in the country, it has been decided to postpone the examination. It was proposed to conduct the SSC CPO SI Paper 2 Exam 2019 on 8 May 2021. In the event of deficiency in cases of corona infection, a revised time schedule will be issued.

The staff Selection Commission has uploaded the postponement notice of the CAPF recruitment exam on its official website. As per the notice issued, it has been decided to postpone the new schedule, postponing the ASI recruitment examination in CPO SI and CISF scheduled on 08-05-2021. Candidates who have qualified in the first paper will continue to check the updates on the website for further stage examination. The first paper exam was held in December 2019.

A total of 4035 female candidates in Delhi Police SI and 41888 male candidates of ASI, CAPF SI, and CISF have qualified for the first paper. 390 candidates were shortlisted for departmental vacancies and 123 were shortlisted under a special quota of ex-servicemen (Delhi Police). SI has 132 posts in Delhi Police and 2534 posts are available for Sub-Inspector in CAPF.

The Paper-1 examination was conducted in the online mode on 9 to 13 December 2019 and 30 December 2019 by the Staff Selection Commission. The results of the first paper exam were released on February 14, 2020. A total of 2,63,904 candidates were declared eligible in Paper-1. In the second phase, PET and PMT will be organized.
