Eligibility Criteria

For AIIMS Group A –

Professor – Candidates with medical qualifications included in Annex I or II or Part II of the Third Program of the Indian Medical Council Act 1956; Postgraduate qualifications for Surgical Superspecialties and DM such as MD / MS or equivalent recognized qualification in a related subject. For Medical Superspecialities (recognized 2-year or 3-year or 5-year course) or equivalent recognized qualification.

Eligibility for – non-medical candidates

Masters in related specialties

Anatomy: -M.Sc. (human anatomy)

Physiology: -M.Sc. (Medical Physiology / Physiology)

Biochemistry: -M.Sc. (Medical Biochemistry / Biochemistry)

Pharmacology: – M.Sc. (Medical Pharmacology / Pharmacology)

Age limit for AIIMS – Group A Higher

Professor / Assistant Assistant Professor – not more than 58 years

Associate Professor / Assistant Professor – not more than 50 years old
