Board of Secondary Education Rajasthan (RBSE) has issued short notification for Rajasthan Teacher Eligibility Test 2021. According to the notification of this time, along with the amendment in the syllabus of the REET 2021 examination, many important changes have been announced.

REET 2021 Notification: Important Dates

According to the REET 2021 notification issued by the board, the online application process for this examination will be started from 11 January 2021 and interested candidates will be able to submit their applications by 12 pm on 8 February. But the candidates will have to pay the application fee by February 4, 2021. In the REET 2021 schedule released by the Board of Secondary Education Rajasthan, it has been told that the examinations for Level-1 {Class 1 to 5} and Label-2 {Class 6 to 8} will be conducted on 25 April 2021. This examination will be held in two shifts. Each paper will be of 2.30–2.30 hours. At the same time, the candidates applying for this exam will be able to download their admit card from 14 April 2021.

REET 2021: Eligibility and changes made to it

According to the REET 2021 notice, now candidates with 50% or more marks in any one level of UG or PG will also be considered eligible for this examination. Along with this, B.Ed qualified candidates will no longer be included in REET Level-1. Level-1 will include only BSTC (DLED) candidates. Only those candidates possessing B Ed qualification will be eligible for REET Level-2 examination. At the same time, the subject of commerce has also been included in Level-2.

The minimum passing score prescribed for SC, ST, OBC, MBC, EWS, widow women, ex-servicemen, disabled and Sahariya tribe for Rajasthan Eligibility Examination for Teachers 2021 for the year 2017 It has been announced to do less than the examination.

No increase – REET application fee

The board has decided not to increase the application fee for this year’s examination due to Covid-19. According to the notice, a fee of Rs 550 will be charged for Level 1 and 2 of REET 2021 and Rs 750 for both levels.
