BSF Recruitment 2020: The Directorate General Boarder Security Force (BSF) has released an official notification inviting candidates to apply for SI (Master), SI (Engine Driver), SI (Workshop), HC (Master), HC (Engine Driver) and other vacancies in BSF Water Wing through Direct Recruitment Exam 2020. The BSF Recruitment 2020 is being held to fill in total 317 SI and HC vacancies.

As per the official notification released by BSF, all the candidates need to apply for 317 posts within 30 days (March 15, 2020) from the date of publication of this notice in Employment News Paper.

BSF Recruitment 2020: Educational qualification required

SI (Master): For this post, the candidate should be Class 12 pass or its equivalent from a recognised board or university.

SI (Engine Driver): The candidates should be 10+2 or its equivalent from a recognised board or university.

SI (Workshop): The applicant should have bachelor’s degree in Mechanical from a recognised university/institute.

HC (Master): For this post, the candidate should be Class 10 pass/matriculation from a recognised board

HC Workshop: The candidate need to be matriculation from a recognised board, Industrial Training Institute Diploma in respective trade (i.e. Motor Mechanic (Diesel/Petrol Engine) Machinist/Carpentry/Electrician/Air conditioner Technician/Electronics and Plumbing) from a recognised institution.

BSF Recruitment 2020: Age limit criteria

SI (Master) and SI (Engine Driver): The candidate should be in the age group of 22 to 28 years.

For all other posts, the candidates should be in the age bracket of 20 to 26 years. Meanwhile, candidates from the reserved categories will get age relaxation as per the government norms.

BSF Recruitment 2020: Pay scale

SI (Master), SI (Engine Driver), SI (Workshop): The selected candidates for BSF Recruitment 2020 will be paid between Rs 35,400 to Rs 1,12,400.

Other posts: The candidates will be paid between Rs 21,700 to Rs 69,100.
