Students can visit the official website of CBSE cbse.nic.in to download their admit card for this year’s compartment exam. Examinations for students seeking to improve their marks are scheduled to be held across India from 22 September to 29 September. Those who could not take the exam for the first time, students who were not happy with CBSE’s special marking scheme, can also appear for these exams.

In fact, the Supreme Court on Thursday heard petitions challenging the decision by CBSE to conduct compartment examination amid the outbreak of coronoids. It was stated in the petition that calling the students for written examination amidst the prevailing circumstances in view of coronavirus may prove hazardous to their health. During the previous hearing, the CBSE board was asked to file an affidavit on the CBSE compartment examinations to be held this month. The petitioners had said that the admission process would also be closed till the examination was conducted and the results were declared. Subsequently, CBSE had informed the Supreme Court that it has increased the examination centers from 575 to 1,278. Also, due to the epidemic, only 12 students will be seated instead of 40 students in one room as a precaution. In case of admission, CBSE can help by asking universities to give admission on a provisional basis.
