Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) has decided to extend the last date for selection of elective subject for recruitment to the posts of Motor Vehicle Inspector in the Bihar Transport Department, issued under notification number -06 / 2020. In this regard, the notice issued by BPSC on 01 October 2020 has said that the last date has been extended.

Citing the notice issued by the BPSC, it has been said that for the appointment to the posts of motor vehicle inspector, to select one of the elective subjects of an automobile or mechanical engineering from the candidates who have already filled their online application under the said notification. The process for online application was released from 08 September 2020 to 17 September 2020. Under which some candidates were found who for some reason did not select the elective subject, in the light of the e-mail received, the process of selecting the elective subject in the online application again for the selection of elective subject from 05 October 2020 to 12 October Is increased by 2020.

For this, the candidate will log in on the official website of BPSC bpsc.bih.nic.in with the login ID and password previously received and select the optional subject from the button received on the dashboard and submit it. After submission, the candidate has to download the PDF of the application form. The Commission has also said that there is no need to send a hard copy of the PDF of the downloaded application form to the Commission’s office.

At the same time, the Commission has also made it clear that the candidates who do not select the elective subject by the due date, will be considered as the educational qualification of the candidates filled in the online application by them.
