NTA released the final answer

    The National Examination Agency (NTA) has canceled a total of 78 questions in 81 subjects of the University Grants Commission (UGC) National Eligibility Test (NET) June 2020. NTA has announced to give full marks to the candidates for these canceled questions. The agency announced the cancellation of the questions of UGC NET June 2020 and giving full marks to all the candidates for the UGC NET June 2020 final answer released on Monday, 30 November 2020 and through the cut-off.

    The NTA conducted the UGC NET June 2020 exam from September 24 to November 13. According to the data released by the agency, 8,60,976 candidates had registered for the examination. However, only 5,26,707 candidates appeared in the examination. The exam was conducted to determine the merit of Assistant Professor and JRF and Assistant Professor posts in a total of 81 subjects. After conducting the examination for a total of 12 days, the agency issued an informal ‘Answer Key’ for all subjects on 17 November, inviting objections regarding questions from the candidates.

    According to the notice issued on Monday by the NTA, a total of 78 questions have been canceled on the basis of objections lodged by the candidates regarding 81 different subjects. Also, the agency has announced to give full marks to all the candidates for these canceled questions. NTA UGC NET Candidates who joined in June 2020 can see the information of the canceled questions for their respective subject in the subject-wise final ‘Answer Key’ released by the agency.
