Recruitment of Engineer and Manager in NFL
National Fertilizers Limited has invited application form for recruitment to the posts of Manager and Engineer. Interested candidates fill their application form in the prescribed format and send it along with the necessary documents to the following address. Eligibility criteria
Educational qualification :
Engineer (Production) – Candidates with minimum 60% marks in respective branch Tech./B.E./B.Sc. Must have passed the Engg degree.
Management (Production) – Tech./B.E./B.Sc with at least 60% marks in the category belonging to the recognized institute.

Experience:
Candidates should have at least 1-year experience in the relevant field for the post of Engineer.
Candidates should have at least 9 years of experience in the relevant field for the post of Manager.
Age Limit: The maximum age of the candidates applying for Engineer posts should be 30 years and the maximum age of candidates applying for the post of Manager should be 45 years. The exemption will be given to reserved category candidates as per rules.
Payscale :
For Engineer: Rs. 40000 – 140000
For Manager Post: Rs. 70000 – 200000

For General / EWS / OBC candidates –Rs. 700 / –
SC / ST / PWD Candidate Fees
Payment of application fee: Candidates should pay the application fee in favor of Rashtriya Fertilizer Limited through a demand draft which is payable in New Delhi.
Selection Process: Candidates will be called for interview after selecting the received application form as per merit. Candidates will be selected based on the interview.
