Uttarakhand Subordinate Service Selection Commission (UKSSSC) has recently released the advertisement for the recruitment of 894 Forest Constable posts in the State Forest Department on 19th August 2021. The application process for these posts is going to start from today, 24 August 2021. Interested candidates will be able to apply till 7 October. However, candidates will be able to pay the prescribed examination fee of Rs 300 till October 9. The examination fee can be paid through online mediums like Net Banking, Debit Card and Credit Card.

How to Apply :-

To apply for the posts of Forest Guard in Uttarakhand Forest Department, candidates will be able to apply through the link to be activated on the official website of UKSSSC, sssc.uk.gov.in. Under the prescribed process, candidates will have to first register themselves and create a profile, for which it is necessary to have a valid email id and mobile number. During this, candidates have to upload the scanned copy of their photograph, signature and thumb impression. After that candidates will be able to login and submit their application.

 Ability :-
Only those candidates can apply for the posts of Forest Guard in Uttarakhand Forest Department, who should have passed Intermediate or equivalent examination from a recognized board. Also, the age of the candidates should not be less than 18 years and not more than 28 years. Apart from this, the height of male candidates should be 163 cm and that of female candidates should be 150 cm. Candidates should be able to expand the chest minimum 5 cm. Under the prescribed selection process, candidates will have to complete a run of 25 km in maximum 4 hours under physical efficiency test and 14 km for female candidates.
