Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has uploaded the notification for Combined Medical Services Exam 2020 i.e. CMS on the official website upsc.gov.in. The last date to apply for the exam is till August 18, 2020. This year a total of 559 posts will be filled through this exam.

4. General Duty Medical Officer Gr-II in East Delhi Municipal Corporation, North Delhi Municipal Corporation, and South Delhi Municipal Corporation – 7 posts

In the Combined Medical Service Examination 2019 of UPSC, 798 candidates were selected. Last year there were 919 vacancies.

What is the application fee

Candidates who want to apply for the examination will have to pay Rs 200 as application fee. Women candidates, SC, ST, and PwBD candidates are exempted from fees. For more details, visit the official website of UPSC.

UPSC CMS exam will be computer-based. Candidates will have to take 2 objective paper tests in computer-based mode. Explain that the demo module for the computer-based mode exam will be available on the UPSC website at the time of the issuance of the e-admit card. Soon, the guideline of how to conduct the exam in the Corona crisis will be released along with the exam date. At the same time, the government has said that if an examination is being conducted, special care should be taken of social distancing in the examination center.
