They have to write the name on each notebook, book, tiffin, belt, bag and each individual thing which pertain to disciple. An entire year the maintenance of books and notebooks are the sole responsibility of parents after school time.

Parents are requested to inform immediately to school office in case of any change in the child’s home address. No verbal message through the child would be entertained. In case of any confusion of this nature the student will be detained in the school & will have to be taken by the parents later. Parents/Guardians are expected to co-operate in enforcing regularity and discipline by seeing that their children prepare their lessons & do their homework regularly. A request is sincerely desired from the parents to see that their children use simple English at home & they speak small sentences about daily routine activities so that they develop fluency in English Speaking. Parents/Guardians or any other person is not permitted to see the student or teacher during the school hours without prior permission of the principle. Every child should carry a Napkin with his/her tiffin box & a water bottle too.

All applications for admission must be made on the prescribed forms. No student will be admitted unless he/she produce an official birth certificate. This also must be known that at no time and under no circumstances will any request be made for a change in the date of birth. The application form needs three recent passport size colored photograph. For address proofing an authorized supporting, certificate should be enclosed
