A marine engineer is a person who deals with the ship. He/she is the designer, constructor, and operator of the ships and cruises. Marine engineering is the study dealing with nautical architecture and also the study of techniques and technologies used.
Eligibility
To become a marine engineer, a person should satisfy the following eligibility criteria:
- Complete 10+2 with PCM with at least 60% marks from any recognized institution in order to apply for a bachelor’s degree
- Complete class 10 for pursuing a diploma course
- Should have cleared the JEE Mains for pursuing bachelors.
