How to Become An Archaeologist After 12th

An Archaeologist is a scientist who studies and research the artifacts, biofacts, architecture and cultural landscapes. The person should have deep knowledge in history and geography and also should have a keen interest in exploring the facts.

Eligibility

To be a archaeologist, one should satisfy the following criteria:

  • Completed 10+2 from any stream from a recognized institution for applying for a bachelor’s course
  • For a master’s degree, one should have completed a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree is must for a doctoral or PG courses.
  • One has to appear for the entrance exams conducted by particular universities for admission.
