March 2, 2019The flying job, air hostess, is one of the most dreamt professions among young girls. Air-hostess is the one who ensures the safety of the passengers in the flight.
There is no need for very high education for being an air hostess, but a good personality is necessary. The other names for air hostess are cabin crew, stewardesses, cabin or flight attendant.
Eligibility Criteria
For being an air hostess, the candidate should be eligible for below-mentioned criteria:
- Fluency in English conversation
- Age should be between 19 years to 27 years
- Completed 12th with degree/diploma/certificate in tourism and hospitality management
- Must have eligible Indian Passport
- Minimum height required is 5 feet 2 inches
- Weight should be proportional to the height
- Perfect eyesight vision of 6/6 vision
- Medically fit body
- Clear and fair complexion with good looking personality
Selection Procedure
In order to get selected for the air-hostess job, a candidate has to undergo the screening test, written test, group discussions, and personal interview depending upon the airlines. After which, a 6-month training would be conducted.
Also, a candidate can directly get recruited in airline after completing the training of 6 months in reputed institutes after 12th.
